Celebright Warranty
Products purchased from Celebright Inc come with a 5 year warranty against failures resulting from manufacturer's defect. As a proud Celebright dealer, we offer a 5-year labor warranty on all our installations—exceeding the minimum 3-year warranty required of all Celebright dealers. The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product. While a product is under warranty, Celebright will supply replacement parts for the product free of charge. We reserve the right to cancel the warranty should the product be tampered with, modified, damaged through misuse, or damaged through failure to follow the operating instructions. Celebright Inc's liability is limited only to repair or replacement of a defective product.
North Pole Package Warranty
This warranty covers all commercial-grade Christmas lights purchased from Northern Lights Install, ensuring they remain fully functional for the lifetime of the product under the following conditions:
Full Package Requirement: This warranty is valid only if you utilize our full package service every year, which includes professional installation, takedown, and storage of your lights.
Exclusions: If the lights are left installed year-round, the warranty is void. Any maintenance required under these circumstances will be charged for both parts and labor.
Coverage: The warranty covers all defects and malfunctions that may occur under normal usage for the lifetime of the product, provided the conditions above are met.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the lights.
